Ok, so for the last few weeks I had some health issues and originally I assumed it was just a virus but now the blood results are in and well... it's a good thing that I went to the doctor because it was actually pretty severe.
I had an extreme Vitaming D, B24 and Folate deficency which is why even though I rested and tried my best to get better, my health did not improve.
Not to worry though, I now have meds to help me recover and I'm feeling much better already, plus I'm now adjusting my food consuption and I'm going out into the daylight more.
So things are getting better and I have more energy again.
But let me just point out that this is something that could've been avoided completely so make sure that you too keep an eye on your health and what you eat and try to go out in the sun for 20 minutes every day unless you wanna have what I had (trust me you don't it was really bad)
Me? I'm doing better again and I do feel a bit stupid about what happened but I can attribute it to the fact that this year I have been a bit of a cave dweller, and my work at the store did not really help either since I was most of the time there from sunrise to sunset. And in my free time I was mostly at home too (I blame covid XD)
So yeah, even though they tell us to stay inside, DO NOT STAY INSIDE the whole time you need sunlight!
Anyway enough rambling, I'm getting better and hope you all are healthy too :)
